Meet Dr. Jenna

Dr. Jenna Obeng

Dentist

Dr. Jenna Obeng was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned her B.S. degree in Microbiology and Cell Science. While in college, Dr. Jenna discovered her love for Dentistry and passion for helping others. She was then accepted to the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine and becoming a double gator graduate!

During dental school, Dr. Jenna led mission trips to the Dominican Republic, helping underserved people gain access to dental care. She was also involved in leadership groups including Dental Ambassadors and Admissions outreach Ambassadors, representing her Dental School at various events. Following Dental School, Dr. Jenna moved to Volusia County, where her husband, Dr. Stephen Obeng was practicing. Her professional interests range from preventative dentistry to full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry. She is thrilled to join her husband at Obeng Family Dental and looks forward to taking care of her patients in their family dental practice.

In her spare time, Dr. Jenna loves spending time with her husband and daughter. She also is an animal lover and has one dog, Tucker, and a cat, Tedward. She loves to stay active with her family and spend time outdoors.

Dr. Jenna is a member and fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and her professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Volusia Dental Academy, and SPEAR study club.
